Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to your data when you fill in the contact form on cloudcallnow.com.

What data we process

The data you enter in the form: name, company, email address, phone number, subject and message. The form also sends the page language (Hungarian or English) and the page where you filled it in (source page).

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to answer your enquiry and to arrange the consultation with you.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give with the checkbox before sending the form. Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.

Processors

The following providers process the data on our behalf, under a contract with us:

  • HubSpot (HubSpot Ireland Limited, Dublin): CRM where the submitted form is stored. Our account is hosted in the EU data centre.
  • Netlify (Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA): website hosting; the submission is forwarded through it. Transfers to the US rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Netlify is an active participant, source: dataprivacyframework.gov/participant/6208, checked on 15 October 2026).
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA): bot protection on the form, which checks technical data of your browser and your IP address. Transfers to the US rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Cloudflare is an active participant, source: dataprivacyframework.gov/participant/5666, checked on 15 October 2026).

How long we keep the data

We keep the data for 2 years from the last contact, or until you withdraw your consent.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what data we hold and give you a copy (access),
  • correct inaccurate data (rectification),
  • delete your data (erasure),
  • restrict its processing (restriction),
  • give it to you in a machine readable format (portability).

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@cloudcallnow.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

We reply to your request within one month at the latest.

Complaints

If you feel we have breached your rights, please write to us first. You can also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or go to court.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use analytics or advertising tracking code on this site.

We use two first party cookies that the site needs to work: one remembers your chosen language (preferred-locale), the other remembers that you closed the language suggestion bar (lang-suggest-dismissed). They last one year and contain no personal data.

The video on the homepage is embedded in YouTube's privacy enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): nothing loads until you press play, and after that YouTube may process data under its own rules.
